Flashing DSL Light - FTTN

UPDATE:A call has been logged with TPG to look into this.

 

For coming up on 24 hours we have had no internet connection on our FTTN NBN account. 

DSL light continually flashing. 

We've tried plugging it into another telephone port in the house, restarting and resetting.
