My Internet connection is down.
I have restarted the NBN modem several times, reset, but nothing changed.
I have checked the status service onlin, and no outrage in my area.
I have tried calling the contact center, but even after waiting for 1 hour the call is not answered.
Could you help resolve this issue!!!!
There is a fault ticket already created for your NBN-FTTC service in 2134. The NBN tests are failing on our portals.
I have PMed you the fault ref number.
It looks like it will need an NBN Tech visit.
A TPG engineer should call you ASAP within 48hrs for some updates.
