Don't worry about it, After lots of calling and wait on the line, the discount has solved. The tech issue not solve yet, currently they said need to replace my sim card and I think it's on the way

And in additional "Moreover, you must have a prepaid balance to make an outgoing call and text to an international number" this is not professional as well, my mobile account has credit for international call, and also I have prepaid balance as well. At the moment, after I called numerous TPG call centre Asscalated that's a tech issue.

If you check the account with care, you can find when I joined I was a 'new' register mobile and the discount applied. Later on, the discount disappeared since TPG internal system can't find the link between my mobile and my NBN account. So that's why I suggested earlier, the support now may need more training and takes more time to check. Regards

Hi Angeli, I suggest you to talk to your superviser before you reply the customer, or take some more trainning.

Same as my account. Really bad! That's been 2 months alreay. Initially I thought just temp, so I let it go. But It still not working after I called TPG for more than 1 week, they said Tech contact me in 48 hours.. No one called or solve the issue.

I've ordered an NBN plan upgrade, and it's never happen for nearly 2 months. I've called for a few times, everytime the people told me they will call me back in 24-48 hours. But I'm still waiting....

After I called 4-5 times during 3 months, they finally apply the discount this month. TPG said they didn't link my account before, and they will apply discount for the future. Is that my fault? they didnt link my mobile to my NBN account? I provided my mobile number to them before.... That's their internal data system managment... I wish they can give me credit for the previouse months..

TPG Team, My Internet connection is down. I have restarted the NBN modem several times, reset, but nothing changed. I have checked the status service onlin, and no outrage in my area. I have tried calling the contact center, but even after waiting for 1 hour the call is not answered. Could you help resolve this issue!!!!

Hi Shane, Sorry, I've got really busy and didn't have a chance to pick it up. Please leave me message, if needed. Here is an update: I've tried the international call a few times today. 10:53am - yes, it works. 2:36pm - yes, it works. 6:03 - 6:10pm - It doesn't work. I've tried to make 10 calls to 3 numbers, non of them works.

Support team rudely hand up the phone line after a 45 mins call without solve the problem~ After I called back, the other support team mate said he can't find out who was talking with me before, and there is no record. Ridiculous!

Hi, I really want to check can't make internation call to China is a general issue or not. Since I have two tpg sim cards, both can't make international call. Both indicates 'Call failed'. Called TPG tech support multiple times to raise the same issue for 2 months, but it still not solve. Please kindly advise, would that be working if I change a plan, or change a new sim, or that's the tech. issue for TPG line.
