Hi,
I really want to check can't make internation call to China is a general issue or not.
Since I have two tpg sim cards, both can't make international call. Both indicates 'Call failed'.
Called TPG tech support multiple times to raise the same issue for 2 months, but it still not solve.
Please kindly advise, would that be working if I change a plan, or change a new sim, or that's the tech. issue for TPG line.

At the moment our Mobile Technician Team raised this to Vodaphone for further investigation update will be provided within 1-2 working days.

It's been another week, and the issue hasn't been solved.
Could you please advise how long it will be take? And is this your network issue for all your sim card?

Here is an update:
I've tried the international call a few times today.
10:53am - yes, it works.
2:36pm - yes, it works.
6:03 - 6:10pm - It doesn't work. I've tried to make 10 calls to 3 numbers, non of them works.
