When a moderator replies, don't do it by private message because they're not working. Post your comment on this thread and I will check during the day.

The moderator might also check with Khoros (Community provider) whether it is sending emails to me. Any bounce back errors?

Another user has commented he is having same problem.

Hey David, Khoros have confirmed that the email notifications aren't bouncing back from our end, and appear to be sending to you successfully.

 

Would you be able to check your emails and confirm they aren't being automatically filtered to your spam folder, or to any other folders in your inbox?
