Free Speed Boost HFC 50/20

I received an offer to accept free speed boost to 100/20 from 50/20 on HFC following $5 price increase. The link didn't work, but called customer support who assured me it will happen.

Nothing yet. Has anyone received it so far and when will it be enabled?

Hi @Gromankon, We're expecting the speed upgrade to commence from mid-April to the end of May. You'll receive a confirmation email once the change has been applied. Send us a message if you don't see any changes on your next billing cycle and we'll look into your account.

It is now the next billing cycle with the invoice issued, still @ 50/20 as it says on the invoice. Can you confirm that my account is flagged for the speed upgrade to 100/20 and when it will take affect.
