Get online support
I have 2 sites with NBN internet connection and one of then received a SMS in Feb and that address was upgraded to the SuperFast 200mbp/s.
I then received a message for my other Address which stated to be ugraded on 06/04 however this has not happend, I did contact your support and spoke to an agent who confirmed she was going to check on this and get back to me and I will receive an SMS and nothing until now have I heard back.
Can I know what the procedure is to get my free superfast updated?
