Free super fast speed upgrade

Hi I recently received information regarding Free super fast speed upgrade. I am currently on nbn50 plan HFC. I rebooted my gateway and nbn device but I am only geeting upto 100mbps on ethernet connection. I have an Archer 1600v modem supplied by TPG. Should I be able to achieve top speed of 200 mbps or is 100mbps acceptable for TPG.
