Frequent Fttb dropouts

I'm living in Melbourne and I have used the TPG FTTB for more than 8 months and everything is fine. However, I have experienced frequent dropouts of connection for the last 2 days. I have contacted the technical support team and followed the instruction of hard reset of the modem but the issue is still happening. This is so frustrated for working from home
