This issue has been going on for weeks now. No NBN, no internet, no improvements.
We have had 9 NBN Technicians come out to the house. They have fully replaced everything including cabling to the house from the street, Arris box, wall socket, WAN cable, the works.
Even the Technicians have said it is ridiculous that this many have come out!
The last Tech tested it all and confirmed that everything to and in our house is perfect. He said that NBN will monitor it and look to coming out as it is a street issue.
No one has contacted us, done anything about it. As of Monday this week, we have had virtually nothing all day every day. This cannot happen at this time.
Please advise on the next steps via TPG. I am lodging an official complaint on NBN Co with the Ombudsman right now.
