Frequent dropouts

For the past couple weeks we've been having frequent dropouts on our ADSL2+ connection.

I upgraded our router but the problem has continued.

Here's part of the log from the router (time is behind by one hour)

Based on initial test there is a multiple drop-outs occurred on your connection. I would like to arrange a call from one of our Technicians for further tests and investigation. Kindly, PM me your best contact number and preferred time today.
