Fttb broadband

My Fttb broadband is erratically unreliable. It can work fine for a couple of days and then it starts failing. When that happens no matter how often the modem is reset the service can be off for hours. I have never experience an internet service that is so unreliable.

Was it dropping or no service at all?

Did you notice any changes with the light status of the modem/router once it occurs?

Will the internet drop on a specific time or its random?
