Internet suddenly stopped working. I have a fttb connection. All lights on modem are working and have followed all of the troubleshooting processes. Is there an outrage in north Sydney area?

Using your Community details, I've managed to pull up your account and based on the remote tests, the modem appears to be up and running now for almost 20hrs.
No known or reported outage as well yesterday for FTTB services. How long were you out of service?
I would recommend to monitor the connection for now as I have not detected any evident line fault that can be service affecting.
