We're sorry to learn that you have been experiencing issues with the service, certainly not the type we aim to provide.
I've just ran a test on the line and it showed that the router is connected for almost 2 days now.
Nevertheless, we'll have the issue checked by our Technical Team if there is any underlying cause of the drop outs. We also need to check the status of the wireless connection.
