After numerous failed attempt to chat online last week, I decided to place online relocation order and ended up losing my internet connection. I don't move into to my new property until two weeks time and I needed connection at the old address. Now I don't have any internet connection at all. I called in this morning as well and was advised that m internet connection will be disconnected at the old property when I move in to the new address and plug in the modem. But now I've been bounced back from department to department like a ping pong ball. I've talked to Tech support, then got transferred to customer service and then to relocation but no help. Your online relocation tool is pathetic as your disgusting service TPG!
