Linking to my other thread with all the details since I may have put it in the incorrect section.

Been on hold for 2 and half hours now. Takes almost 20 seconds just to load this page. Not happy. Been trying to sort this out for weeks. Will be contacting my bank tomorrow to ensure no further payments are made until this is rectified.

Crossed the 3 hour mark on hold now. Can't get through on chat support. Internet has dropped to under 1Mbps.
