Hauwei AX3 Pro

Can I use the Hauwei AX3 Pro router for connection to TPG NBN, which currently uses Hauwei HG659? I wouldn't worry about the VOIP part of the services.

The desired third party device is a router only.

You may use it if you are under the NBN FTTP or Fixed Wireless service, but it may not be compatible with other NBN technologies as they require VLAN ID configuration.

If you are under the NBN FTTN / FTTB / HFC / FTTC, then you need a modem/router (VDSL).
