Have been waiting 3 days after lodging fault and no response

Hi Guys,

 

Lodged a fault via the app as our NBN FTTC stopped working. Red flashing light.

How do I know anyone is looking at this?

I sent a message via the app yesterday for an update and got no response.

What are my options?
