Help with NBN internet down

My NBN internet has been down for two days. I’ve lodged a fault (ticket 12310096) but got no response yet. Need urgent assistance as we use the internet for work.

Upon checking, the lodged fault is handed over to our Engineering Team. I'll chase this up with their team to see if there are any updates available.
