Help with my slow internet speed

My internet have been slow in the past few months maybe year now. Really frustrated my iPhone can't even backup on iCloud.

I was able to pull up your account:
*Your plan is limited to 500GB / Month  ( split 250 peak / Off-peak ) 
I can also see the sync speed is lower than expected

As a result of my tests, I'll be lodging a ticket for you, for the ADSL issue.
