I've recently switched my phone line provider to get a new phone number with TPG (new account query) but nothing has happened yet with the installation. I've already paid.
There has been no dial tone to our phone line for over 2 months with the previous phone line provider.
I've been calling to get in touch but can't get through to the account service team.
We need the new phone number/line as soon as possible. ASAP!!
