Get online support

Hi, we have intermittent internet connection since 2 days ago. I checked TPG outages and NBN outages pages and no issues

Do you know what type of NBN technology you have?

 

Are you mainly using a WiFi or a Wired connection? 

Did you notice any changes with the light status of the modem/router when the connection drops out?

 

If you have an NBN NTD box, did you notice the changes in its light as well?

 

What troubleshooting have you tried so far?

We have NBN to the building and then copper cable to our apartment.
We mainly use WiFi.
At the modem, no light at DSL, no light at Internet.
I just turned off the modem for 10-15 minutes and then turned it back on. I did that a few times but no effect. Still no internet
