High latency to Singapore server caused by TPG routing

Have experienced high latency to Albion online East (Singapore Server) since 24th September.

Normal ping was under 110ms, and have doubled to 230 - 300ms range since.

Ping drop to under 120ms when using 5G hotspot (Boost).

The 'Scheduled/Planned Maintenance' about high latency to Asian destinations have marked finished today (8th October) but problem remains.

The IP range of the game servers is 5.45.187.0/24

It seems to be the same problem here:

It’s worse after the maintenance which is very annoying.

5.45.187.114 still doesn't reply.

5.45.187.1 does reply but this would not normally be a server.

5.45.187.10 was the only other address found on the subnet. Owned by G-Core Labs, Singapore.
