Hit Data limit, upgraded plan but no internet

Hi guys, we hit our 50gb limit on our plan.

Upgraded to unlimited but no internet. Please help.

For customers experiencing any issues with their NBN service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage on the NBN network.
