I understand that NBN for Home users has a dynamic IP address. 

How often does the IP Address change - is there anyway to get it to change to another

A Dynamic IP address may change whenever your connection restarts; technically every 24 hours or multiple times in a day. 

With your current NBN Technology (NBN FTTN), you have an option to get a Static IP however we only offer that with our NBN Business plan.
