I'm also having the same issue. I have been sent this email with the speed increase from 18 Feb, I'm still only acheive ~40mbps on 50 plan. Both modem and router have been rebooted, but has not made a difference. I can't seem to PM any of the moderators to provide details. Please advise.

Why did it happen
Hi @gunturhakim,
The Speed Boost should take effect on the date indicated on the email.
If you are having issues with the speed. please send us your Customer ID or username via private message so we can check the status of your connection.
