Power cycled both fibre modem & router to no avail.
Server side switch maybe?
Also receive same complementary upgrade since February 10, but no upgrade in speed since email receive.
I called customer support for help but until now no luck or whatsoever. Do we need to restart NBN box or just modem? Because I have tried restarting modem but no luck. I don't think its my modem as I am using Netgear XR500.

I think you need to do this in a browser as you cant send a message to the Mods when accessing the community through the TPG app.

it was in a browser but in order to PM a mod, you need to have made at least 1 post on the forum (incase anyone else was wondering).

After 2 days, my speeds are still at ~50mbps.
