I was told 3 weeks ago in an email from TPG that Home Wireless was available for my address, either 4g or 5g.
When I went to sign up today, after entering my address, it says Not Available.
How can I check this seemingly contradictory information?
We'd like to check it further on our end to confirm if the Home Wireless or 5G home broadband is available for you.
