Wifi constantly dropping out

Wifi is constantly dropping out, this makes it really difficult to work from home. I've tried resetting the modem, doing a speed test, moving the modem .. but nothing seems to work. Is this the way TPG force customers to upgrade their plans?

As I mentioned previously I have tried all of that.
