I received a call from overseas claiming to be from Telstra saying there are numerous people using our home NBN some from overseas and I need to go to my laptop and open a page. Is this a scam? How can I tell devices using our NBN?
Hi @rtlarke2 . It probably is a scam. What was the page you were told to open?
If Telstra is not your provider, they can't tell who is using your connection. You can check by logging in to your router to see what devices are connected.
