Home phone problems during porting

Level 2

I have had ADSL2+ with TPG for many years, and last week actioned a move to add the home phone bundle during last week.

Advised that all will be completed remotely in another 7 days, and then porting home phone may take 3 or 4 days.

Duing porting told that can make outgoing calls, but incoming will be diverted and we will get sms to retreive calls ..

Thats understood, BUT today, (Sunday, and porting is supposed to start in a week), my home phone is OK outgoing, but no calls coming in... Should I report this to Telstra??  OR.. Has part of the porting process been already done and left me in limbo ???

The porting is already in progress in which the incoming calls will not work until it's finished. You are correct about the time frame, it usually takes 3 - 4 working days until it's done.
