Honeymoon Period over.. already!

Hi,

 

Been with TPG NBN for 1.5 months and noticed that since last week, during the "business hours" the speed is more like 18-19Mbps.  I am on your superfast plan.  I was able to get those speeds when i was on ADSL2+!

Can someone please check what is the issue? Sadly, i am in VIC which means i have to work for the next 6 weeks at home.
