How is it that my TPG NBN is allowed to be on 0.0 upload speed and TPG technical support team thinks it's acceptable? No one seems to think this problem is serious enough on their end.
We have had multiple calls back and forth regarding this issue and still nowhere closer to resolving than day 1.
Current plan is 50/20 on FTTN NBN service.
