How do I change the route of connection?

A few months ago, I had 150 ping connecting to a game server in Singapore. It went through "syd-gls-har-int2-be200.tpgi.com.au". Now, when I do a traceroute, it says the connection goes through "syd-gls-har-int2-be100.tpgi.com.au" and the ping is now 250. How can I change the route?
