How do I get support from TPG about my VERY SLOW NBN service?
Am an OLDER person ...be gentle
Have NBN 50 unlimited
DL = 30Mbs
UL = 20kbs
Many dropouts using DL6550
Restarted modem and router many times, reset to default condition
Changed modem to the original supplied HUAWEI Home Gateway HG659
Same speeds
DL = 30Mbs
UL = 20kbs
Conclusion = not my modem of router

We tried to search for your account using your community details to no avail.
Did you test the speed via WiFi or Wired connection? If via WiFi, are you connected to the 2.4GHz or 5GHz band network?
Also, what is the type or NBN technology you are in? (NBN FTTP/HFC/FTTC/FTTB/FTTN).
