so you moved my mobile plan to Novus, how I can access my mobile plan and see my usage

Hi @elvirahad

 

You may refer to the mobile migration email notification for the details on your new My Account log in. You can also log in using your TPG mobile number and your current my account password. Let us know if you encounter an issue.
