I am appalled with TPG atrocious service. Been trying to report a fault all day

I am appalled with TPG atrocious service. Been trying to report a fault all day. Get cut off for most calls. Finally didn't get disconnected and waited for over an hour, no answer. Is there a known fault in Edward's road 3556?

Sajal replied and said they were extremely sorry for the inconvenience. He provided a link to check network status
He asked me to send a private message, which I tried to do, but guess what, no connection, still in outbox. Searched through the TPG site, still nowhere to register outage. I tried the app but I have to login but I have no idea what the password is because I have never entered one and no way to check or change. WELL DONE TPG, treat us like mushrooms, keep us in the dark and feed us bullsh*t.
