Hi Team,
My internet has dropped out since around 7am in the morning.
The physical connection is up, as my IPTV connection is "connected".
But the internet conncetion is stuck at "connecting".
We have tried power cycling the modem, and factory resetting the modem, still the same symptom.
What is going on?
