Iv'e filed enough complaints about my service not working. Getting sick of phone calls from these so called engineers when i can clearly see its from your sales department, and sick and tired of being told a telstra technician will come out and fix and do NOTHING. 

I have already filed a complaint to the ombudsmen about this issue and STILL you refuse to fix the issue and continue to lie to me.

I will be taking this even further as ive been paying for your services without even being able to use it. THis is starting to become an issue of your company taking my money and giving me nothing in return. 


Tell me you can do something about his and NOT have someone from your call center contact me.



I can see you have a current ticket open regarding your fault. I will organise for someone to call you so we can help resolve your issue.
