Hi - how do I use my accrued credit to pay for my internet plan so that TPG stops charging my Credit Card for the next couple of months so I can use it up?

You may change your payment info by logging in to your TPG online accoun. You can also have a read on this article: Update Credit Card or Direct Debit payment details or Re-try a Failed Payment securely online

Hi @flyfishingdream, if you have enough prepaid balance on your account, our system will deduct from the balance first; before attempting on saved mode of payment.
