Get online support

I received my modern they told me all I need is to plug it in I have done that it won't connect

I have just received my modern. I plugged it in and won't connect..I was just on the internet five mins before with my pervious provider it was working fine

I can see you are on an NBN-FTTP service.

 

The TPG service will be working on the port UNI-D 2 port. 

 

Im not sure what port your other service provider is on, but if your were supplied a TPG modem it needs to plugged into the UNI-D 2 port on the NBN-NTD fibre box.
