I want cancel my internet.

I want to terminate the Internet contract.
I signed the contract knowing it was NBN, but it says my house is an address that cannot use the NBN plan.

I used 18 months thinking it was NBN. As a result of checking, it was ADSL.
I want to terminate the contract on the day it closes anyway because the expiration date of the contract is approaching.
I want to get the cancellation method and application form.
