I want to implement reverse DNS/PTR for my email server ?

Level 2

I have setup a mail server for my small company, and because the PTR record(reverse dns) is not set correctly, some mails are regarded as junk mail by popluar mail servers.


I checked the TGP community and few the request has been solved.


I called TGP Technical Support as well but they seems new to this issue and cannot able to do it.


How can I resolve this issue, is there any dedicated contact person for the same ?
