Hi Admin,
I request to your service to cancel my NBN plan but I still not get anyone contact me back since last week. Could you please cancel my service before I have to pay your bill that I do not want to use it anymore.

I have submitted my cancellation form a week ago and have not had any response yet.

I don't want to call to you support number which takes more than an hour. Please give me some advice.

I was able to locate the account using the given details and confirmed that the account has been cancelled, our Team sent an email confirmation please check the inbox of the e-mail address associated with the account.
