G'day All,

 

Support is only taking Internet Chat requests.

My internet is down so I can't initiate an online chat session.

 

My cable link has failed over 24 hours ago. The ARRIS is cycling through multiple green flashes, flashes blue on both downstream & upstream then all out for a moment before starting again.

 

On Tuesday, the unit cycled several times, each connect gave me a fresh IP.

 

I have cycled the power to the ARRIS several times to no effect. I have NOT done a factory reset.

 

Please note: I was on chat hold for over an hour when I got the message “Support staff member has closed this chat.” The last time I set up a TPG account I was rushed to the hospital coronary care unit where I spent a few weeks recovering. Will I survive this TPG account?
