Bardwell Valley. Power light and wi-fi light lit up. Nothing else. Any info about this?

Is this an an existing setup that just stopped working or new installation?

If existing, turn modem off for 30 seconds then back on (the modem software may have hung).

If no good, plug your phone directly into the wall socket. Is there a dial tone? If no tone, probably a line fault.
