INTERNET DOWN. TERRIBLE TIMING.

Hi all, my internet just suddenly stopped working during a uni online exam. I've run up to the router and can see the power light is green, as is the 2.4G and 5G lights. Nothing else is on. Please help!!!

For customers experiencing any issues with their service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage.
