IP Address Range

Hello,

I tried to log into my bank account the other day and had some multiple unsuccessful attempts due to forgetting my password. My bank locked my account and asked me to attend the branch as they can see that I logged in from multiple geolocation inconsistencies, see attachment.

Can someone please confirm if these IPs are generally TPG-supplied IPs?

Hi @TheWildElk . I've had a wide range of ip addresses assigned to me since moving to NBN.

The speedtest on TPG support page shows your ip address and who owns it.

Go to whatismyip.com to see your ip address and who owns it.

You can select IP Address Lookup to check any other address.

There's probably a technical reason for the variation involving network architecture.
