Hi, because we were dissatisfied with the level of support from IInet, we changed to TPG for our NBN service yesterday. Everything went swimmingly as far as me installing etc, but when we watched Iview on our samsung smart tv last evening we had a couple of pauses whilst watching Iview.
The connection speed is the same (NBN50) as we had previously and an Ookla speed test shows 47.34 and 18.74mbps, although this speed is this morning and may not be the same as last night.
We didn't have pauses before when using IInet.....
