Impossible to reconnect mobile service

I’m so sick of TPG customer service. My mobile phone account was disconnected. Yet I can’t call or do anything on my account to reconnect. Tried calling three times - on hold or waiting for 30-60mins. Call drops out and no one calls me back. Ridiculous.
